      Pros

      Redline is a wonderful place both for visiting and working. The staff and community of artists are wonderful and supportive. The work is engaging and meaningful, and there are plenty of moments for fun as well. Great team, great community, great experience.

      Cons

      Communication can fall through every once in a while, but everyone there works proactively to fix such issues
