A very collaborative business with very high expectations. If you enjoy a high pressure and high achieving environment then this place will suit you. Not a firm for those who want to work 9 to 5. The consultants I work with are all passionate about building our futures, we appreciate the abundant opportunity we have to earn here. What I have appreciated as this was a new role in recruitment was how the owners lead the business development, so I can focus on delivery and generating commission. I also have to add, the monthly and quarterly incentive trips are amazing. My friends are envious of the places that my work takes me to when we hit the team targets. I also get access to all the best technology to search for my candidates.

It's intense! Not for anyone who is uncomfortable with providing immediate updates on the assignments they are running, and being willing to run those assignments at pace.
