Working at RedCloud has been an amazing experience so far. One of the things I enjoy most is the people — the team is supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, and you genuinely feel like everyone wants to see each other succeed. My role as an Operations Controller matches my expectations perfectly. Cons
The fast-paced environment can take some getting used to. Processes are continually improving, so things may change quickly. Communication between teams can sometimes be a bit delayed during busy periods. Because the company is growing, some structures are still being refined. Workload can increase at month-end or quarter-end, which requires good time management.
