Great culture and a noble cause - Human Resources Director RedCliff Ascent Employee Review

I have loved the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing people in the world. RedCliff really cares for it's employees and the kids in our program. One of my favorite quotes from a RedCliff staff was, "I love working here...I know everyday somebody is going to grow...and it just might be me!"

Aside from occasionally spending time in the field during bad weather I can't think of any cons to working here.

The staff are genuinely good people. The students can be hard at times but seeing them change is the most rewarding.

Away from social life a week at a time. Understaffed at times.
