      Builds are diverse and interesting, you will get experience across every department as necessary

      Cons

      Poor compensation, lots of overtime due to understaffing of skilled labor Unreadable and unworkable drawings, absolutely no signs of improvement in the year I was there Owners fight openly in screaming matches on shop floor, entering the office feels like entering a war zone. Constructive criticism is non-existent, either failures are ignored and pushed through, or workers get yelled at loudly on the floor, no in between

      Pros

      The shop staff have always been wonderful to work with, and in my time with the company I learned a great deal from my coworkers. Very strong collaboration and group problem solving from the folks on the floor.

      Cons

      The strong collaboration skills exhibited by the people building the final product are not shared by company ownership. Pay has been repeatedly late by up to a month+.
