- Management has no vision about products / where they are going / how stages of building should be / they just wing it with everything .
- The company is mostly comprised of freshers , not many people stick around long enough even though its almost 15 years old . So you will mostly be only working with freshers here , all learning is through the self
- Salary is really not proportional to the kind of work you will be made to do.
- You will be made to work on weekends more often than not and if you decline , you will be called repeatedly by the CEO himself.
- Do not fall for any yearly salary increment structure mentioned in the offer letter, as they will not deliver on it . Only take into consideration the starting salary.
- micromanagement is the only rule that the company consistently lives by
