RedBlack is a great place to work. 1. I know what I do really matters here. My suggestions on work and other company matters is heard and accepted. 2. I work with a great team of passionate, professional and knowledgeable people. Work is fun. 3. I have a good work life balance and flexible work hours. 4. The company senior management has a proper vision and strategy. I know if I contribute my part, I can grow with RedBlack. 5. Ample opportunity to learn new technologies and domain 6. We do Scrum in a great way and it is interesting. 7. We have a fun club.
Cons
I thought hard about it, but couldn’t think of any. There was no Provident Fund and other tax beneficial schemes, but this is being introduced this year.
