      Culture of work better than it's been in years Production team members go above and beyond on a regular basis New leadership signed on that will perfect the business model Feels great to contribute to producing high quality medicine for patients across the state

      Physically demanding work (Lights make physical work hot) No information about production performance to most of staff Work is repetitive

      Pros

      Pay is competitive. Co-workers have best of intentions.

      Cons

      Bill Thurman is a coward and bully. He screams, cusses and yells at leadership team on phone calls and during meetings. It's a toxic work environment in administration wing with a tyrant for an owner. Pay is competitive for a good reason, and it's still a revolving door.
