Pros

Discounts on products and the opportunity to do the odd experience for free Company trip away to Port Douglas Day off on your birthday Free drinks on a Friday afternoon Great hardworking colleagues who believe in the cause and are willing to put in the effort

Cons

Parking is scarce and expensive around Pyrmont, and a fair walk away from the train - not great in the pouring rain in the middle of winter The office space is old and overcrowded and everyone is crammed in One of the core values is 'Say it, Do it', but this doesn't appear to happen from upper management. Emails go ignored, leaders delegate all of their work down to their teams and take the credit for it and if you're not in the 'clique', expect to be ignored Remuneration is below what other companies would pay for the same role. RedBalloon claim that the culture and other benefits make up for this gap. This may have been the case years ago, but certainly doesn't exist now.
