      This company truly cares about doing the right thing and what's in the best interest of the company AND the employees! The product is uncompromising and innovative to meet the needs of the consumer and its customers. They offer great benefits, employee discounts, and several other discount perks! They also care a lot about succession planning if that is the path you choose to take!

      They could incorporate and stronger training and development program for corporate employees.

      Commission structure felt limiting and stingy at times. Pay increases are minimal. No real opportunities to move up.
