The staff members are friendly and willing to help, which contributes positively to the work environment. However, there is little to no recognition or reward for hard work, and the organizational structure lacks clear direction, leading to a "do-as-you-like" atmosphere. There is very little room for growth. Staff welfare is inadequate, and promotions are typically granted on a first-come, first-served basis, often with minimal impact on salary. When employees resign, their responsibilities are redistributed among the remaining staff, with little or no compensation or support provided for the increased workload.
