Long work hours can get pinged at any time

Great work-life balance and company culture. Lots of perks in the office (pre-covid). Everyone likes to have a good time after hours and is easy to work with.

There’s really no direction for this company and with the current “leadership” team it doesn’t seem like this will change anytime soon. CEOs (co-founders) are half-way bought in but still drive decisions. The rest of upper management is good at their day-to-day tasks however lack the skills required to drive the company in a positive direction.
