      So many new employees who see older employees as inferior and inexperienced.The best option is to give a chance to the new employees who think they are the best.In this era of abundance and countless opportunities ,there is no need to prove how best you are ;no need to compete if you know your worth!!

      Great employees, exciting vision and challenges. International growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership team is highly nepotistic, divided and sector inexperienced. No one is 'in charge' and company is divided into factions between 'tech' coming from each family involved. Massive gap between leadership and people working on the ground, very poor information flow as certain directors are insecure to share the truth, be told risks, and to risk losing face.
