Pros

Company owners and leadership are very accessible, take time to listen to employees, and take employee feedback seriously. Compensation and benefits are competitive, especially for a small business, and leadership makes a point to see that employees feel appreciated. Work is fast-paced and can be stressful, but employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible work hours and management who does their best to accommodate time off. While company management expects employees to excel at their jobs, they provide time and resources for training and professional development. Work is interesting with a variety of client across many industries.

Cons

Agency work is fast-paced and can be hectic and a little stressful, some days. Time tracking, while necessary to ensure profitability, can be somewhat onerous.

Pros

A growing company that continually strives for excellence. Professional development plans are provided for all team members. Work with a diverse set of clients and industries. Fellow team members are incredible. Remote work is the norm for anyone outside of North Alabama. Team members in North Alabama are occasionally required in person for client meetings. Typically the schedule is very flexible to accommodate life outside of work.

Cons

Agencies are not a fit for everyone. The pace can be hectic. The expectation of excellence can result in very frank feedback. There are super busy periods where team members may have to occasionally work more than 40+ hours a week (this is offset by being able to take off those overage hours during a less busy season). As with any thriving organization, there can occasionally be growing pains.
