Pros

The company cares about each and every one of its employees and is committed to the professional development of each and every one of its employees, thereby constantly improving the company's IQ.

Cons

The company does everything it can to make people feel comfortable. Like many people who work remotely, I lacked communication with the team, but that too has been solved. Now we have a meta-office, where we all work together, socialize together and even play together.
