      Friendly fellow workers, smoke break incentive, job guarantee if you work well

      Cons

      Mixed management, a few are toxic, get thrown about jobs in the factory - I am 6'9 and was put on a short line for a month, complained - they did nothing, hence I quit.

      i found some friendly people during my stay, not much tho

      Cons

      i think overall it's not a good work environment, it was the first official job i had so bare that in mind.
