Pros

I'm so fortunate to have run into this company. First of all, let me just say, that if you're looking for a glorified sales position, where you can get a huge payout by putting in the minimum, then this isn't for you. What I love is the rapid growth structure and the huge opportunity available for those who work hard and are willing to learn. I'm pretty adaptable, and when problems arise I work more on finding a solution, rather than just pointing them out. I want my own say in my schedule and time and effort put into the industry a year from now, so I'm putting my all into this career now. Other than the opportunity this company offers to attain the lifestyle I want, I enjoy the people that work alongside me. The positivity I encounter every day, and working with people who are as hard working as me, helps me look forward to not just going into work, but doing all I can to propel my growth. I've never encountered an environment where so many people are motivated to help me achieve my goals.

Cons

A lot of hours are put in on the forefront. However, you are always compensated for office time, you get a travel allowance, and there's a minimum wage safety net put in place incase something out of your control happens, so you're still compensated for your time and effort.

Pros

It is not a traditional office. Everything that is done here isn't typical. It is upbeat, everyone is motivated and in a good mood. You will walk out of morning meetings feeling like you can conquer the world. Each and every person in this office is there to help you grow professionally and personally. It's a business of people building people.

Cons

Unfortunately, this business isn't for everyone. This is for those that are dedicated and motivated to grow professionally and personally. There's help every step of the way but it's up to you to put in the work. Are you willing to put in as much hard work as possible to grow? Working hours don't always coincide with what you want to do personally, but just know that the hours you do put in will pay off in the end. You have to look at the bigger picture and know that entry level is not the ultimate goal. Executive management is what you are working towards.

Pros

-Atmosphere - Everyone is so positive, there's lots of laughs, it's hard to walk in with a bad mood and leave without a smile on your face, there's even an office dog most days a week! -Co-workers - The entire management team is invested in your growth, they're always willing to answer as many questions as I fire at them, they even take time to sit down with me to help me. I've never worked with such genuinely caring people. The training is VERY hands on, and I've even spent time out at the events with the President. -Growth - In the few months I've been here I've seen so much growth not only personally, but professionally as well. Over the holiday's my family was so impressed with what I've learned and what I'm doing now. I love that everything is merit based, and unlike my last position I will never hit the glass ceiling here! -Compensation - performance based…harder you work, more $$$$

Cons

-Input = Output - I've grown past some of my co-workers that have been here longer, and I've already seen a few people quit. This is not a position for an undriven individual that expects handouts, the opportunity is not given to anyone…it's earned. -Negative family members - concerned with the amount of time I'm spending working, I've tried to explain the growth and opportunity but they're not very understanding -Weekends - working weekends isn't always ideal, but to master a craft in a short amount of time it's understandable…some don't feel the same way
