      Good pay, benefits, and vacation time. Work is very interesting with lots of variety.

      Cons

      Senior management not located in Rochester and is detached from day to day operations. As a result, company is significantly understaffed and a focus on short term profits has led to declining morale.

      Lots of opportunities for growth. Good work environment

      Cons

      Growth programs not there.... No consequences good or bad really in company unless extreme. Not company fault but a lot of negative people with limited drive lots of excuses
