      Pros

      It is a good starting point if you are looking to get into the utilities industry. The equipment is old, but interesting. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      The salary is noticeably lower than most places in utilities. Employee morale is low. I left for a higher salary elsewhere, as did several of my peers.

      Lots of opportunities for growth. Good work environment

      Cons

      Growth programs not there.... No consequences good or bad really in company unless extreme. Not company fault but a lot of negative people with limited drive lots of excuses
