Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.

Pros

Very flexible if you’re efficient with your work It used to be an amazing place where management was great in the culture made you excited to go to work everyday, even if the pay was lower than you can get elsewhere. Those days are long gone.

Cons

Very low salaries for employees in supply chain, accounting, and other roles that are not sales or engineering No growth potential The company culture has been lost. Management used to be great but Cerberus (the private equity firm that owns them) only cares about money and has drained the life out of the place. Almost all of the upper management who cared about employees have been driven to quit and no matter how much the current CEO talks about “preserving the culture,” what they do in practice has stripped the company of it’s identity. I don’t know of any other company that claims to have year over year record growth and profit, but gets rid of its charitable foundation, something that used to be a staple feature of the company.
