Room to grow creatively, fast paced but not usually high tension, most people get along well, people stick around so not high turn over like most restaurants.

Favortism, unable to do job due to changing policies based on subjectivity not objectivity, weird open door policy with higher ups (you talk to HR and then it becomes gossip amongst the owners and managers instead of problem solving or being taken seriously)
