      (1) Get to work on the cutting-edge of immersive experiences and music. Learn by doing in an area about to explode with growth of 5G, etc. (2) Open culture and opportunities to share ideas and implement new things. (3) Chance to interact with leaders in technology and music. Great place to build connections and learn. (4) Compensation is good on cash, benefits and equity.

      Cons

      (1) Company is in transition so new culture, leadership and team is being set. (2) Some old employees and contractors launched attacks on the CEO and the company as a way to gain leverage in negotiations, but all are now gone so clean slate.
