      Honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Management is extremely micromanaging and unorganized!!! Very poor communication skills. Commission structure changes several times without notice and employees are coerced into signing acceptance whether it is agreed upon or not!

      Red Oak is a nimble and agile organization, putting customers and consultants first. Empowerment and autonomy is what comes to mind when working here. Happy to work for a great organization and have the support from an amazing team of talented individuals within our industry.
