Horrible pay ($9.00/hr after first couple months), Grueling hours: 7.5 days on, 6.5 days off. 148 hour weeks. That is not a typo. 16 hour days for 7 days. You may get 7-8 total in breaks per 7 day shift. Also the food is horrible.
