      Amazing program. Amazing therapists. Beautiful location. Relationship with co-guides

      Cons

      Horrible pay ($9.00/hr after first couple months), Grueling hours: 7.5 days on, 6.5 days off. 148 hour weeks. That is not a typo. 16 hour days for 7 days. You may get 7-8 total in breaks per 7 day shift. Also the food is horrible.

      Red Oak is a community of some truly amazing people who care about the lives we serve.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits are through the corporate office in Alabama and are not great for employees in NC.
