Pros
Because of Rick Bayless' name, who is the celebrity chef driving this restaurant concept, it will look good on your resume. The support staff is extremely helpful, and co-workers are amicable, fun and pleasant.
Cons
Management is very inept and care little for the well being of their employees. I myself experienced a very extreme case of managerial harassment and could not trust the rest of the management team to have any empathy or take any action regarding this particular manager. She was allowed to blatantly lie and call me names in front of coworkers and guests. Tip out is extremely high, you only get to keep 58% of your tips. Management does not hide the fact that they show extreme favoritism to a select few individuals.
