Pros
The Company is managed by two consecrated and devoted Brazilian directors. When I joined back in 2020, I thought that things would be harsh, since it's kind of how the directors work in Brazil - very demanding, sometimes (actually very common) being abusive with employees. However, I couldn't be more wrong. Rick and Mario are amazing. They handle the work in the most professional way, never losing temper and focusing on what's important. They are not afraid to enforce with the clients what has been agreed with them, and they deal with the team in the best way possible - being polite, respectful and funny, which enlightens the mood of everyone. It was one of the best professional experiences I ever had, and also had the opportunity to work with very talented people from whom I learned a lot.
Cons
Sometimes artists struggle a little with the pipeline, and sometimes the connection with the remote machines are bad. However, nothing that could jeopardize the work of the projects.
