      good office, great selection of coworkers and leads, job security, benefits

      Cons

      Salary could be a little bit higher, It is in-office only. Relocation package is a bit eh, considering that it doesn't really allow remote.

      Pros

      Great environment, friendly and helpful colleagues, no bossing around, no overtime and lots of benefits (including flexible hours and an Early Friday). A variety of interesting projects to work on and many collaborations with other gaming companies! The managers are always there to listen and help.

      Cons

      The salary is not great. A hybrid work model is not an option and WFH is allowed only when the government asks for it.
