Pros
Red Hat Management spend a lot of time discussing employees and their futures. This unfortunately might not translate well at the employee level. This is a fast growing environment and any employee showing leadership and going the extra miles should be rewarded. Any initiative will be good before proved bad. Negative attitude is not tolerated.
Cons
Red Hat is growing so fast that internal processes and tools as not able to cope properly. This is being reviewed but it take far too long to implement.
