Pros
- work/life balance - great culture which is dying - founded it's roots in open source - skill sets and strong employee loyalty in company you will definitely meet people who will inspire you!
Cons
- as an employee who started as an intern here the pay was always a thing that was not so great compared to other companies and from what i heard from colleague-friends not even in company - management is not so good (in my case i felt like they were just self focused) - the Red Hat culture is almost gone - This is NOT the same company I joined almost 7 years ago change is inevitable but this is just too much - upper management just run from responsibility who suffer are the lower grade employees somebody should do something
