Pros
There are nice and smart persons to share with. Interesting projects to work on because big customers behind, but nothing really new or exciting. Working from home.
Cons
Lot of pretentious engineers. The middle management is really bad I would recommend you to ask lot of questions during your process and to try to see what there is behind that big smile which comes after a "Holà!" from your future manager. Same story, you should try to discuss with members of the team you are going to join. The salary is under the market and even if you bring lot of good features which are useful for Red Hat, they will ask you to come with an offer from an other company before to negotiate. An advice, don't do any downstream work it's not recognized at all. Internal mobility does not work, if you current manager still thinks that you can be useful for him, you won't change.
