Account Manager - Anonymous employee Red Global Employee Review

I loved working with this company. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I had to leave for a family emergency or I would still be there. As soon as I can I will be going right back. I am an Entrepreneur and its hard to find something that fits what I am looking for. If you are looking for growth, stability and a great work culture this is it! There was never a day I didn't wake up excited to go to work.

I am going to be honest here. This job is not for someone who is lazy. If you want to sit on your butt all day I am sure the bank down the street is hiring. This is for people who have a great work ethic and are motivated to be successful. Of course you might be putting in more then 40 hours at times but ask anyone who is successful, I am sure they put in the time. If you don't like people this is also not for you. We interact with customers and clients on a daily basis and its takes someone with strong customer service skills.

Remote work is all I can think of

Reflecting on one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. There is no diversity in management roles, same narrow like minded individuals. Made it very clear they don’t view you as a person.
