Pros

The people with you work with are all super empathetic, work life balance is a priority, and the games are really cute and fun! The family-friendly dynamic of the studio extends to its employees. Overall great place to work with talented people!

Cons

Working with each independent product team is very different. Depending on the product, the leadership teams can be very supportive and proactive, or alternatively they can be reactive and micromanagement types. Having really kind people is a strength! However sometimes I feel like the company culture is sugar-coating which can be problematic if you need to give really honest feedback and need it to be taken seriously. They don’t prioritize marketing beyond ua/ad spend, which is a bummer. Being a small studio, there’s not a lot of upward mobility.
