Pros
1. creative freedom 2. good level of exposure 3. great place to hone one's skills, esp. good place for a beginner to start
Cons
1. no respect for employees- a person's individuality is disrespected 2. unreasonable rules 3. HR is third-rated, inefficient and is itself a minion to the senior management 4. rigid and hierarchical organizational structure- very bureaucratic 5. work-contract is so detailed that you will need a lawyer to go through it- it seeks to empower the organization and exploit the employee.
