Managers were great, owner decent but he was always in cville at the other Red Eye. I made dough but most employees either: roll dough balls, make orders, work register/online orders
Very flexible and inclusive environment, also lots of free cookies and good pay.
Easy to work your way up and reap rewards
Cons
Normal small business flaws: sometimes gets unorganized or understaffed,
customers sometimes are the worst, online orders is 85% of the job and messing one up sucks
