      The most blatantly anti-union workplace I have ever worked at, shutting down discussions of union involvement in bargaining and breaching the fair work act

      - Flexible hours and days off - Hands on experience in all aspect of the agency - Great working environment - Provided all necessary resources for success - Open communication

      Cons

      - No benefits or overtime - Unmanageable work load - High turn over, 100% during my employment - Very little room for growth - Majority of team consist of interns
