This company is growing really fast and is going somewhere! Small family feel, everyone is super helpful and work together, incredible profit sharing given out to employees, has a culture of always looking at ways to improve and grow. They really care about people and even give bad employees more chances then they should. Investing in a lot of new ways to reach customers and be relevant in the industry through social media. Owners not afraid to invest in things that could make an impact or help the team. Lots of team building events and employee lunches!
Cons
If you don't do your job well you won't last long. A lot of newer employees because of the growth. Can be busy a few months out of year during peak season. Need to be flexible to help out other departments sometimes if they are really busy.
