Not a place that values training and development

Flexi 2 days wfh. Office at convenient location.

Things are all over the place. Department is in a mess and has favouritism. One claims knows how to do all the work but makes no effort to improve processes. Being the "know it all" that the staff claims, was given the task to handover. Unfortunately, only a recorded video call of the predecessor and her going through a summarized version of the work was given. Never had such a handover experience in my entire career.
