      Pros

      Atmosphere is generally positive day-to-day. Most people make an effort to be pleasant.

      Cons

      Its mostly a marketing shop - not a web shop. Don't be fooled. Owner does NOT understand the web. He does however understand and is ONLY interested in client services. Therefore to have to work through horribly clueless account executives to get anything done. Virtually impossible to do good design work.

      An amazing place to work! One of the best agencies in San Diego—highly recommend. Incredible culture and strong leadership make all the difference.

      Great coworkers and office. Learned a lot.

      Cons

      You work hard but it always feels like it’s never enough. The idea of having to create my own development plan was also a bit baffling.
