      Pros

      Red Dog is the best company I have ever worked for, and I worked a lot of places. The people who started this company listen to feedback, they value their employees, and they understand how to run a business, I honestly could not be happier with my position in the company. Great work, life balance as well.

      Pros

      The sky's the limit. A chance to get in on the ground floor of something special. An opportunity to join an extra inning game in the first inning.

      Cons

      No place to hide. No slackers allowed. High paced, high action work day. Strong work ethic needed every day.
