      -Can wok as hard as I want, and get paid accordingly -Multiple responsibilities even at entry level -Easy to discuss issues and everyone get's an opinion -Great coworkers

      Cons

      -small company, so if someone doesn't get along it can be hard -everyone is expected to have more than one job, so official titles can be confusion

      The sky's the limit. A chance to get in on the ground floor of something special. An opportunity to join an extra inning game in the first inning.

      Cons

      No place to hide. No slackers allowed. High paced, high action work day. Strong work ethic needed every day.
