Pros
The pay is above average. Benefits are good but pricey. Flexible hours and can work independently. The relationships you build out in the field are what makes the job most enjoyable.
Cons
The company was great and family oriented in the beginning. After several management changes things went far south. The company lied about several benefit changes, job title was changed on the fly in order to suit their needs, and the respect was nonexistent. HR is of no help and issues get quickly swept under the rug. Was spoken to by one of the VP’s worse than I’d ever been spoken to in my 30 years of working, definitely the “good ole boy” system. No room for advancement unless you live in Alabama and not much growth. And if you are a women you will not hold much value and will be dismissed if you have problems.
