      Flexible hours, autonomous environment

      Cons

      They have no money- will probably close shop in a few years. Not a single solid leader on board- its a mess! Lots of gossip.... be prepared. Also, the new office is a basement junk.

      They prioritize employees mental health and don't push to overwork people.

      Cons

      Like any agency, you're at the mercy of the clients timelines and direction. Also the pay is near the bottom of the spectrum for Minneapolis
