If you enjoy the challenge of constantly hustling, and a dynamic workflow, you'll have access to support and learning opportunities that can help you grow. Great perks, and in my experience it has been a great business to develop professional skills while enjoying the work!

      Cons

      HQ in Australia is in Sydney. Limited career progression options outside of moving to head office, however, not dissimilar to many businesses. Otherwise, very few in my opinion.

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
