      Great, smart, cool people who are passionate about the brand. Fun brand.

      Cons

      All strategic decisions are made by the HQ team in Austria. HQ team is very rigid, controlling and unwilling to change the strategy to best meet the needs of consumers in the US market.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
