      Pros

      big international company cool people and great attitude bonuses and other pleasant things :) a lot of communication with maternity office (HQ)

      Cons

      small team thus a lot of work done by small amount of people and because of being very dynamic there are many new tasks and approaches every year - having small team, sometimes it causes overloads
