      Pros

      The guys are the kings of branding and know how to make a party like no other.

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance, very inconsistent mgmt at all levels. Wages much lower than the market. Working 24 hours a day (forget weekends, holidays and vacations). And a myopia for the current market. Basically it is a kindergarten with arrogant kids who think their lollipop is the best in the world.

      Good Environment depending on whos in charge.

      Very political as you get into management. People often prioritize friendships over work being done and accomplishments.
