      Pros

      Very fun work environment. Super social and engaging. Ability to position yourself to work on high-level projects.

      Cons

      Departments are very silo'ed which makes it very difficult to move departments. Growth seemed to stagnate after a certain point. Great opportunity to work on interesting projects, but undercut in terms of salary.

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
