      Pros

      You get to learn a lot. It didn't feel like a job. Besides from the company being a team, we were a family. Even now that I am not with Red Bull, I still keep contact with the team and I'm connected to the teams internationally!

      Cons

      Non that I could think of. Working here was a really good Idea. I grew as a person in ways hard to explain with just words.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
