      Amazing atmosphere, good people, teamwork is hard to match. Travel the world Great bonus (car performance related) Good perks e.g. company car lease scheme

      Cons

      Poor management Little room for progression as it's relatively small departments and no one tends to move so you can stay at the same position for a long time

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
